Was Committeewoman Dicarlo ever a CPA? Her bio during her tenure as a school board member clearly states the CPA designation. She claims in two of the videos below that she passed the CPA test (deflection, passing the test is only one step towards obtaining a CPA license) and in one video she states she will give her CPA info to the Township solicitor. Subsequent visits to the PA CPA license website show NO results for any of Mrs. Dicarlos current or prior names. At the August 9th Township meeting she changed her tune, telling a WD resident that she would give that information only “on MY terms”. Wow, sounds just like our previous Mayor Anna Docimo, when she was asked about her Health Care, her response… “It’s none of your business”. Should we be surprised about this? Answer: Not at all. Why because the same people who put Mayor Docimo in power also selected Mrs. Dicarlo for her position.
Why does this matter to you the WD Taxpayer. Integrity – Are you what you claim to be? Mrs. Dicarlo is inserting herself into all aspects of this Towns Financial matters. Should she be trusted to do this if she is claiming to be something she is not, especially a Certified Public Accountant? You decide…
If Mrs. Dicarlo is, or ever was, a CPA she should be able to produce a license number. Where is that number ???
